Three boats, Daydream, a Beneteau 31, sailed by Nick Funnel, Foreness, a Sadler 290, sailed by Michael Frankish and Jeddo, a Westerly Fulmar 32, sailed by David Metcalfe, sailed around Great Britain during the summer of 2024. We loaded the boats on the afternoon tide of Monday 13th and set off early on 14th May. A voyage of over 2000 miles ahead of us. We all set off sailing singlehanded, but with the possibility that crew may join for periods along the way. We set off in a clockwise direction, West along the Channel.
