Dear Friends,
I am delighted to invite you and your members to Upnor Sailing Club’s Boat Jumble which takes place at our Clubhouse on Saturday 1st February between 11:00am and 1:00pm.
This is a great opportunity to bring and sell any boatie bits you no longer need which might be useful to someone else. You are free to sell whatever you want and buy whatever you fancy but we hope you will donate some of your proceeds (or items for sale) to support our 2025 charity, the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust.
At 1:00 pm we will serve a simple hot lunch (proceeds to EMCT) while a representative from Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust gives a short presentation about the life changing opportunities the charity gives teenagers affected by cancer.
Please do bring stuff to sell as well as buy.
One more thing I would like to add, is that it will be cash only for purchases as we don’t want money going through the Club accounts.
I very much hope you can join us, pick up a bargain and support our chosen charity of 2025.

I agree Mike, I have checked their web site but can’t find a contact to advise I would like to visit and take items for sale. I would have thought they would want to give arrival times for sellers, where to park, how much a pitch etc.
