Hi all, a quick reminder. Griff has been our bird/egg minder for a number of years in the yard but incapacitated at the moment. The club committee has actively protected the birds and eggs from all predators, foxes, rats, crows, stoats, weasels and even hedgehogs etc etc. It would appear we have another to control in that a dog has been seen to scare off nesting birds and eat the eggs. No member would actively support this so for the duration of the nesting period in the yard please monitor your dogs location closely at all times and if in doubt keep on the lead until they vacate the premises.
