To anyone who’s not been near their boat much this year…
I hear you,
I’m the same,
But I got the last train to Rainham last night, and made friends with a suicidal hedgehog on the way through, and I’m here amongst the flapping halyards and the Camomile and the gulls, and oystercatchers once again.
Tide retreating as I woke, but I’ll launch this evening for a brief float about.
Whatever that niggleing thing is, that needs doing, spend the money, get it, do it, you won’t regret.
For me it was the trigger pill in the masthead buoyancy, they sent me two, I’ve no idea where the other is, but I’ll get one, or ten.
See you about (:
I have an altogether different problem, I have not been able to do much on my boat in the good weather since a colony of wasps moved in! Good for the garden apparently!
Don’t talk about gardens Fraser, they’ll be waiting for me!!!
